Hand a report to a client
Generate a password protected PDF and email the client a secure link, right from the desktop app. Transfer the password through an alternative channel

Add a document to your team and any active member can pick it up to add artifacts, encrypted under a key the whole team shares, drawing from one pooled storage allowance instead of everyone’s own. Only one member can edit a document at a time with easy transfer and logging
